Errol A. Joseph has become a mainstay within stand-out dining establishments in Southeastern Massachusetts for over 20 years. Errol, who is a Certified Sommelier, joined Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills in Plymouth as the Director of Food & Beverage in early 2017 and continues to also serve as the Hotel Sommelier.
Prior to Errol taking the helm at Mirbeau, he was the Maitre d’ / Sommelier at C Salt Wine Bar & Grille located in Falmouth. At C Salt, he was instrumental in leading the young, trendy restaurant to success within a short period of time as C Salt garnered many awards including Boston Magazine’s “Best of Boston – Best Cape Cod Restaurant”.
While Errol’s top commitment is to overall hospitality, it is his wine programs that he is most recognized for. Errol was the Wine Director at Tosca Restaurant in Hingham from 2001 to 2014 where The Wine Spectator Magazine recognizes the wine list with its’ “Best of Award of Excellence”.
A native of The Berkshires, Errol earned his degree from the highly regarded hospitality program at The University of Massachusetts at Amherst and then gained experience working at prestigious properties in San Diego, in Boston, and at Nantucket’s own White Elephant Resort before then settling on the South Shore.
